The arrangement was very nice, even though the colours had to be changed due to the time of year and lack of those colours. I was notified immediately that the arrangement I had picked would be altered and was impressed with the prompt service. I was a little disappointed that the flowers didn’t last a little longer because it was beautiful, but considering the bad weather and the time of the year, maybe I was expecting too much. I’m disappointed with my experience with this order. I ordered a bouquet of flowers together with a box of chocolates, but the courier delivered only the flowers. The chocolates that were supposed to come with the bouquet were not delivered. Order number: 719-050-07376. I also contacted customer service by email, but I have not received any response so far. Additionally, I received an email saying that my order was delivered, but there was no delivery photo attached to confirm the delivery. This order was meant to be a gift, so the missing item and lack of response really spoiled the experience and the mood. I would appreciate if the company could look into this order and resolve the issue.
